Must-Have:
- Proven experience (2-10 years) in lead generation and business development, ideally in the web and mobile app development industry.
- Strong ability to identify and prospect high-quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Expertise in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) for tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and monitoring campaign performance.
- In-depth understanding of web and mobile app development services, with the ability to effectively communicate these offerings to potential clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into qualified opportunities and long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple lead-generation campaigns simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Ability to craft targeted messaging and outreach strategies for specific industries, ensuring relevance and value to the prospect.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or other digital marketing techniques to drive lead generation efforts.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other advanced lead-sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, and other directories for tech services.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Familiarity with mobile app and web development technologies (e.g., React, PHP, Kotlin, etc.) and the ability to engage in technical conversations with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads for web and mobile app development services through various channels such as inbound/outbound marketing, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the lead generation pipeline, from identifying potential clients to qualification and handoff to sales teams.
- Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce services, qualify leads, and set up meetings with the sales team.
- Use CRM software to track lead status, manage outreach activities, and report on lead-generation metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Continuously research and monitor industry trends and competitors to refine lead-generation tactics.
- Support sales teams with relevant market intelligence, prospect information, and lead qualification.
