Must-Have:
  • Proven experience (2-10 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the web and mobile app development sector.
  • Strong understanding of the web and mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Expertise in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the tech industry (web and mobile development).
  • Hands-on experience in creating sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and executing client acquisition plans.
  • Experience with market research, lead generation, and identifying growth opportunities for a tech-based company.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into client-facing proposals, aligning with the company’s development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) to track leads, manage client relationships, and analyze sales performance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience in drafting proposals, contracts, and managing client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working with web and mobile development technologies (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, React.js, Android/iOS development) and being able to discuss technical aspects with clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, or others for generating leads in the web and mobile app development space.
  • Strong network in the tech industry and relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
  • Experience with global markets and handling international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals for web and mobile app development projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue for the company.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to continuously improve strategies and drive results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitors in the web and mobile app development space.
